Corrections policy

ChangeLoop 7 corrects material factual errors transparently and does not erase a meaningful change by silently rewriting the claim. This policy covers public product explanations, evidence summaries, citations, comparisons, and machine-readable facts.

What can be reported?

• A citation that does not support the statement beside it.
• A broken source, incorrect author, title, date, or DOI.
• A public description that does not match the current product behavior.
• An unsupported health, outcome, indexing, citation, lead, or revenue claim.
• A material inconsistency among pricing, terms, privacy, refund, or security pages.

How do I submit a correction?

Use the contact channel identified in the current Privacy Policy or Terms. Include the page URL, the exact statement, why it is inaccurate, and a source that supports the proposed correction. Do not send passwords, API keys, medical records, or unnecessary personal data.

How is a report evaluated?

1. Confirm the cited page and statement.
2. Compare the statement with primary sources and actual product behavior.
3. Classify it as no change, clarification, routine correction, or material correction.
4. Update all conflicting public and machine-readable versions.
5. Record a visible note when the correction materially changes meaning.

What is not a correction?

A disagreement with a clearly labeled opinion, a request to hide accurate information, or a proposal supported only by another AI-generated answer is not automatically a factual correction. Privacy and account deletion requests follow the Privacy Policy rather than this editorial process.
