A cycle, not a promise.

1. The service

ChangeLoop 7 is a structured personal behavior experiment. It collects a bounded intake, proposes one testable cognition with sourced examples, offers up to three small methods, creates one seven-day framework, records daily completion choices, and uses a weekly reflection to plan the next cycle. Seven days are a recurring planning interval, not a promise that a person will change in seven days.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. Provide accurate information, keep credentials private, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You may not access another person's dossier or create accounts through automated means without permission.

3. No professional advice

The service is not medical treatment, psychotherapy, crisis support, diagnosis, legal advice, or financial advice. Do not use it for emergencies, self-harm risk, medication changes, dangerous challenges, or decisions that could materially affect health, safety, employment, credit, insurance, or legal rights. If you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

4. AI and evidence limitations

AI-generated insights, summaries, examples, and plans may be incomplete, unsuitable, or wrong. A verified DOI confirms source metadata exists; it does not prove that an AI summary perfectly represents the research or applies to you. Stop any activity that feels unsafe and use your own judgment.

5. Your content

You retain rights in your intake answers and reflections. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, transmit to service providers, and return that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service. Do not submit another person's confidential data, unlawful material, credentials, or content you lack permission to use.

6. Introductory cycle and subscriptions

Each eligible account may complete one introductory seven-day cycle without charge, including intake, generated insight and cases, method selection, the daily execution sequence, and the weekly review. The introductory cycle is not a promise of results. Starting cycle two requires a subscription. The launch offer is USD $24.99 per month or USD $239 per year, billed at the selected interval and automatically renewing until cancelled. There is no setup fee. PayPal processes payment. Review the amount and renewal terms displayed at checkout before approving payment. Any future price change will be communicated before it applies as required by applicable law. Taxes or currency-conversion charges may apply depending on location and payment method.

You may not create duplicate or automated accounts to repeat the introductory cycle. You can cancel through the product or PayPal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues through the paid period. Refund rules are stated in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You may not evade account, date, subscription, budget, rate-limit, or workflow controls; attack providers; probe private infrastructure; interfere with other accounts; scrape dossiers; resell access without permission; or use the service for harmful, deceptive, discriminatory, or unlawful activity.

8. Availability and changes

Model providers, evidence services, hosting, and payment systems may fail or change. We may pause analysis rather than release an incomplete result, replace a provider, modify features, or discontinue the service. Material subscription or term changes will be communicated before they apply where required.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access to protect users, systems, providers, payment integrity, or legal compliance. You may cancel the subscription and delete the account. Where practical, export your dossier before deletion. Account deletion first requests cancellation of an active PayPal renewal; if PayPal cannot confirm cancellation, deletion is held so an orphaned renewal is not left behind. Account deletion does not automatically refund a completed payment.

10. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without guarantees of uninterrupted access, permanent behavior change, a specific result, or error-free AI output. Nothing here excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. For claims that may lawfully be limited, total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot be limited.

12. Disputes and governing rules

Contact legal@changeloop7.com first so we can try to resolve a dispute informally. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's principal place of business, excluding conflict-of-law rules, while preserving mandatory consumer protections and courts available to you under the law of your residence.

13. General

If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remainder continues. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. We may assign these terms as part of a lawful transfer of the service; you may not transfer an account without permission. The English version controls to the extent permitted by law.
