Cancellation and refund policy
Clear terms, no traps.

1. No trial or setup fee
Subscriptions begin when PayPal confirms the purchase. There is no free trial and no setup fee.
2. Cancel at any time
You may cancel through the ChangeLoop 7 billing page or your PayPal automatic-payments settings. Cancellation prevents the next renewal. Unless access is suspended for fraud, abuse, or a charge reversal, you may continue using the paid service until the current billing period ends.
3. First-purchase guarantee
You may request a refund of your first ChangeLoop 7 subscription payment within seven calendar days of purchase. Email support@changeloop7.com from the account address and include the PayPal transaction or subscription ID. This voluntary guarantee is limited to one refund per person and does not cover abuse, duplicate accounts, or chargeback fraud.
4. Renewals
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once processed because access is provided for the new period. Contact us promptly if the renewal resulted from a technical cancellation failure, duplicate charge, or unauthorized transaction. This policy does not limit refund, withdrawal, or cancellation rights that apply under mandatory consumer law.
5. Service failure
If a verified technical failure prevents substantial use for an extended period and we cannot restore access, we may provide a full or proportionate refund, service credit, or extension as appropriate.
6. Processing
Approved refunds are returned through PayPal to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times are controlled by PayPal and the payment provider. Cancelling an account or deleting data does not itself create a refund request.
